Eastman Kodak Preference Actions Update

Posted in Preference Litigation

As discussed in a prior post, the Kodak GUC Trust of the Eastman Kodak Co. bankruptcy estate filed more than 750 preference actions in the Southern District of New York last month.

By way of update, a Summons and Notice of Pretrial Conference has recently been issued by the Court, indicating that the pretrial conference for these Kodak preference actions has been scheduled for April 2, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.  The hearing will be held in Courtroom 617 of the Southern District Bankruptcy Court, One Bowling Green, New York, NY 10004-1408.  To view one of the Summons issued, click here.

At the pretrial conference, the Court will likely enter a scheduling order governing these preference actions.
